Rules and Regulations of travel in Hire Car:
•
All tolls are included in fares.
•
In case of driver determination of misconduct by your party, he/she
has the right to terminate your agreement or journey without any
refunds.
•
Customer agrees that replacement Hire Car or Taxi Service may be
substituted in the event of any major mechanical issues, Hire Car
involved in accident, or unavailability of Hire Car etc. by Partner
Company.
•
We do not guarantee color of Hire Car, we take requests only.
•
Client agrees for his/her party will not exceed the passenger capacity
of vehicle provided.
•
Sydney Hire Cars shall not be the bailee of any items left in the
Hire Car, and shall not be responsible for the safe-keeping of any
such item.
•
Client assures that no passenger shall consume alcoholic beverages.
No illegal drugs are to be used or carried into the Hire Car, there
will be no eating or smoking in the Hire Car or the trip will be
TERMINATED immediately.
•
Minimum charge is $100 to clean spillage.
•
Sydney Hire Cars shall not be liable for any damage arising out of
our company's inability to perform due to inclement weather, mechanical
difficulties, delays due to traffic conditions or any unforeseen
events beyond the control of Sydney Hire Cars.
•
Client is responsible for any and all damages incurred to the Hire
Car committed by his/her party during the service time, either willfully
or accidental. (Rips, spills, burns, scratches or damage to any other
equipment.)
Payments and Refund Policy
•
Client understands that they have choice of payment; Sydney Hire
Cars Pty. Ltd. accepts all major credit cards and bank tranfer only, Cash, Any form of Cabcharge or Debit cards are not accepted. In near future we will be accepting debit cards as
form of in-car payment. Which means driver will be able to accept
debit card on mobile eftpos terminal installed inside the car.
•
Client also understands that Sydney Hire Cars will ask for payment
in advance on booking over the telephone via credit cards for reservation.
•
Client understands the cancellation fee is 50% of the total reservation
amount if the cancellation is made with in the hour of pick up.
•
Client understands any changes to the journey, booking or reservation,
will result in a price change.
•
Sydney Hire Cars does not provide refunds on the spot, to receive
your refund please allow minimum
7 working days for electronic payment such as credit card payments
over the phone.
Period for booking
Client understands that they must book minimum 1 hours in advance
and that Sydney Hire Cars Pty. Ltd. does not take liability for
any booking made less than 2 hours prior to the journey.
Providing and Collection of Personal Information
Client hereby verifies that the pick up date, time, number of passengers
and all other related information is provided and correctly stated
by them; driver or booking agent will not be assuming any such
information.
We request certain personal information including names, addresses,
email addresses and telephone numbers. This information may be
stored in hard copy form or as electronic data in our computer
systems. Sydney Hire Cars Pty. Ltd. will not use this information
for any purpose other than for the provision of Hire Car facilities.
The customer information we keep is used primarily to enable us
to provide a faster response when a customer becomes a regular
user of our services but it also helps us determine our human resources
requirements. We will, where permitted by law, destroy or make
unidentifiable personal information that is no longer needed.
We only collect data for the purpose of providing a service for
your transportation requirements. We do not sell, rent, or lease
our customer lists to third parties, Whilst we are proud of our
security, please be aware that there may be security issues at
your site or other issues which cannot be controlled by us. For
security purposes, your Internet protocol (IP) address will be
recorded when you submit data to us or make a booking.
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we
store is accurate, complete and up to date. If you believe that
the personal information we hold about you is incorrect in some
way, please let us know.

All intellectual property rights subsisting in the contents of
this website belong to Sydney Hire Cars Pty Ltd. All rights under
applicable laws are hereby reserved. Reproduction of this website
in whole or in part without the express written permission of Sydney
Hire Cars Pty Ltd is strictly prohibited.
Disclosure of Information
We will not disclose personal information unless provided by the
court order or requested by Police. This may only occur in extraordinary
circumstances where we believe that release of your information
